Annabel Williams - The vocal Coach Shopify Web Design Case Study

Project summary: Fat Buddha Web Design created a Shopify website for The Vocal Coach, the online vocal coaching brand from Annabel Williams, designed to promote singing lessons, app subscriptions, vocal training resources and Annabel’s authority as a coach to high-profile performers.

The Vocal Coach is the official online platform for Annabel Williams, a world-renowned vocal coach known as the “Coach To The Stars”. Since 2012, Annabel has been the head vocal coach for Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor, working with singers across all levels, from beginners and hobby singers to professional recording artists.

We worked with The Vocal Coach to create a Shopify website that could support several different parts of the business in one clear online experience. The site needed to promote online singing lessons, one-to-one vocal coaching in London, The Vocal Coach App, vocal warm-ups, app subscriptions, FAQs, testimonials and a booking journey for private coaching.

Shopify was the right platform for the project because The Vocal Coach needed more than a simple brochure website. The brand required a flexible ecommerce foundation that could support subscription-style app promotion, booking-led enquiries, payments, content pages and a strong conversion journey across both digital products and one-to-one services.

The Brief

The Vocal Coach needed a Shopify website that reflected Annabel Williams’ reputation while making her services and products easier to understand, browse and book.

The website needed to communicate several important messages at once:

The Challenge
